We have used Yakima Transfer in two of our moves and have also rented a Penske truck from them, every transaction has gone smoothly and actually pretty enjoyable which is saying a lot since moving can be very stressful. Nigel and his guys are top notch! I did not feel the need to hover over the movers and watch them work, I was able to go about what I needed to do knowing that they had everything under control and were doing an amazing job making sure everything was secure and protected. The piece of mind they provide alone is worth it.

Wow, can’t say enough good things about Nigel and his crew! Finally bit the bullet and hired movers and I am SO GLAD I did. Nigel came over and walked the house a few weeks prior to the move and gave us a quote for 8 hours / 3 workers (He ended up getting it done in 5.5 hours saving me some money!). Him and his crew were so easy to work with and we had a ton of laughs while we moved. He knew exactly what they could and couldn’t take which made it so easy on both his crew and mine. Day of the move they show up in force right on time and jumped right in. Walked the house and got to work. They worked so hard and were so careful of all my belongings I was thoroughly impressed! They loaded up the truck like true professionals, maximized space and made sure everything was secure and used a ton of furniture pads so nothing shifted or got damaged in transit. They also took apart and re-built furniture saving me SOOO much time and effort. When it came time to unload they dropped off all the boxes and furniture in the correct rooms and rebuilt anything we took apart (Beds, Chairs, Tables). I will absolutely use their service again and will recommend to friends and family.

We used Nigel and his crew to move everything out of our house into the garage. Amazing job packing and organizing. Painted and new carpets then they came and moved it all back in. Nothing broken or scratched and reassembled the entertainment center. Thank you Nigel and crew.
